Data protection

"Allgemeiner Debitoren- und Inkassodienst GmbH" is a member of the Gesellschaft für Datenschutz und Datensicherheit e.V. (GDD) [Data Privacy and Protection Association, Reg. Assoc.]. The goals of this association are also our goals. We will name some good reasons for this:

§ Data protection serves to protect people personally. Protection of your personal sphere is your basic right.

§ Modern information technology requires special commitment in data protection. When trust is lacking, the users will be lacking.

§ Electronic commerce ("eCommerce") is a business strategy of the future. Data protection and privacy will pave the way for this.

§ Data protection is a factor in quality and competition. Secure is best.

§ World-wide trade and exchange are based on security and reliability.

The legal obligations of the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz [Federal German Data Protection Act] apply to companies, institutions and government agencies. Data protection, data privacy and proper data processing protect people again data misuse and risks. The freedom of information and a balance of information remain in place with data protection for the users of information technology.
